About This Position
This role is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.
- Managing event day staff and interacting with customers.
- Maintaining and controlling high volume food and beverage inventory.
- Ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluating compliance within corporate procedures.
- Developing and enforcing standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
- Ensuring all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
- Interacting with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
- Conducting physical audits of inventory and product, researching, and performing reconciliations.
