Job Summary : The Production scheduler will create daily pouring schedules, sample requests, work orders using dynamics, true up heights, collect foam test data to create daily clear sheets, and produce weekly summary manager reports. Also, monitor manufacturing performance for ISO9000 compliance.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience : Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create daily pouring schedule
- Create daily production orders for the production schedule
- Create sample request based on previous pours
- Create work orders for daily production
- True up foam block heights daily using dynamics
- Collect test data from lab test information and combine into an Excel Spreadsheet
- Create new foam types in Dynamics using provided information
