Core Responsibilities
Focused on generating traffic to the organization’s eCommerce site, converting site visitors to paying customers, and driving repeat sales including :
Developing and implementing digital / internet marketing strategies to promote products / brands and attract potential customers to the eCommerce site (e.g., search engine, social media, display ads, email / text promotions, etc.)
Ensuring the eCommerce site is visually appealing, easy to navigate and find products, responsive (i.e., pages and pop-ups load quickly), and includes clear / detailed product descriptions and photos
Developing and implementing online shopper marketing tactics (e.g., daily deals, user registration discounts, shipping promotions, customer reviews, similar / complementary product recommendations, etc.)
Encouraging repeat sales through product / packaging quality, post-sale product updates and promotions, and high quality customer service

The B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence is accountable for the execution of all digital / ecommerce-related activities within the region. This team plays a critical role in building up commercial capabilities for the LEGO Group. Together with a global function reporting to our Chief Digital Officer, this team will design, run and optimize the entire shopper funnel to support the marketing strategy defined with our regional marketing team to drive commercial results.
Do you have what it takes?
5 years customer-facing key account management experience in consumer packaged goods, 3 years experience in eCommerce
Track record of versatility, flexibility and an ability to apply focus behavior to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to proactively interpret digital trends and think critically to challenge the status quo
High-level of integrity, enthusiasm with a presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative organization
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI and / or Tableau
Thorough understanding of Amazon’s platforms : Vendor Central, AMS, Brand Registry preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to gain team followership in inspiring change
Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field or equivalent experience preferred
Domestic and global travel required with flexible scheduling – 10%
Additional details on this position
The salary for this position has a range of $156,400 - $234,600 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025.
