Core Responsibilities
- Drive cross team including quality engineer and tooling engineer and supplier for element development
- Review the element quality from novelty and advise supplier to initiate the corrective action in order to meet LEGO specification
- Provide the technical solution to element design
- Drive the assigned special project individually with limited mentor from Engineering Manager
- Drive tight-knit collaboration with internal and external teams as well as suppliers

Always in mind to work as one team and good balance between flexibility and limited resource. Global approach is must and able to build up the good networking among EU office, PEM office and EU / Asia suppliers.
Always flexible to different collaborators especially work with Element designer in Billund and need to have a good balance in between element appearance and design for manufacturing (DFM). Not only meticulous on customer focus but also the result oriented.
Work closely with local engineering manager and project team in headquarter on element approval, which is a phenomenal opportunity to enrich the engineering background.
