Theme Park Entertainment Team Member
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Show Coordinator to join our team at LEGOLAND Parks.
About the Role:
- Oversee daily show operations, ensuring smooth execution of entertainment programs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events and productions.
- Maintain high-quality standards for shows, performances, and venue upkeep.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop new entertainment offerings.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between guests, performers, and technical staff.
- Manage production schedules, rehearsals, and performance logistics.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics.
- Support team members through encouragement and focus on maintaining a fun work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, polite demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Minimum one year experience in stage management, preferably in live theater or theme park settings.
- Prior technical training and management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Consistently practices safe work habits and adheres to company policies.
