Duties
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation to abide by State and Federal guidelines
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions promptly
Skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and industrial maintenance practices
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a maintenance team

Expected hours: 40 per week on call for emergencies
