OVERVIEW

LVAS provides general aviation services to private and corporate aircraft. In addition LVAS offers concierge service to our customers. It takes an enthusiastic crew of customer focused individuals to make this happen and now is your chance to join that team!
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fueling, towing and marshalling of private/ corporate aircraft
- Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing flights.
- Operate ground service equipment, such as tugs, fuel trucks and transportation vehicles.
- Greet arriving/departing aircraft and provide baggage handling services as requested.
- Operate ground service equipment per the customers needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, service oriented disposition
- Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Shuttle service for passengers and flight crews
- Refueling of airport ground vehicles
- Grass cutting
- Snow removal
- Office and hangar light custodial duties

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Read, write, and speak English at a basic comprehension level. Basic mathematical skills. Good verbal and written skills. Able to follow instructions and work independently.
- FAA security and background investigation clearance, including fingerprinting.
- Must accept shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
- Must possess valid Drivers License.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- One year related work experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must regularly stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted.
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts; may work outside under seasonal weather conditions.
- Noise level is usually moderate to loud. Hearing protection is mandatory.
- Complete FAA security background investigation clearance, include finger printing and drug testing.
