- Assist Associate Chair with implementing course and curriculum changes and catalog updates.
- Communicate Registration and undergrad information to faculty.
- Administrative support for the department Chair.
- Management of the department Chair's calendar.
- Management of department, faculty and student meetings and events.
- Schedule and organize department seminars. Including invitations/communications with guests. Coordinate travel, lodging, and agendas. Manage all financial aspects.
- High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five to eight years of related work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
