Your Role : Compensation Analyst
As a key member of our team, you will analyze and communicate sensitive compensation, healthcare productivity, and performance-feedback data to executive management and over 1100 physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians within Lehigh Valley Physician Group and LVHN.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prepare monthly compensation variance analysis and reconciliation against LVH / LVPG payroll systems and finance systems.
2. Develop the compensation budgeting and projection process for LVPG physicians and APCs.
3. Provide analysis of salary and productivity for recruiting new physicians and APCs.
4. Communicate budgeted physician salaries to LVPG Accounting office and LVPG Finance.
5. Create a system to track and update data that can be incorporated into existing Professional Services databases.
6. Develop compensation models for physicians and advanced practice clinicians to include ongoing changes to models and communication.
7. Maintain demographic information, beneficiary designation, and fund direction information for all eligible SERP participants.
8. Provide budgeted compensation and actual compensation information.
9. Execute physician and APC data analysis to benchmark data used for market adjustments to compensation models and recruiting.
10. Investigate and find current contact information for any providers whose distributions are returned undeliverable and ensures new distribution is made.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare-related or Business.
2. 5 years of communication and service to or with physicians, APCs, or other high-level professionals within healthcare.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Healthcare-related or Business.
