As an Appointment Coordinator at Lehman Volvo Cars, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in scheduling appointments and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position is essential in supporting our Service team and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments for customers efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, text, and email are a must for this position.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the Service team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment scheduling to vehicle service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize our software to manage schedules and track data entry tasks accurately.
- Follow up with customers post-appointment to gather feedback and enhance service quality.
- Manage our loaner fleet to create a smooth, efficient loaner vehicle experience for our clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on effective communication.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive software applications for scheduling and record-keeping is preferred but not required. Excellent customer experience skills are most important.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance, and excellent communication skills are a must
