LEI Packaging is currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our team for the overnight shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art pulp molding machines, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate pulp molding machines according to production schedules
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any operational issues
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve overall manufacturing goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work overnight and weekend hours a must
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of pulp molding processes and equipment a plus but will train
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overnight shifts and potentially weekends
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certifications in machine operation or pulp molding a plus
