Leica Biosystems is seeking a Director HR Program Management to drive and support impactful global and cross-functional projects that shape our organization's future. This role reports to the Sr. VP HR for Leica Biosystems and provides a unique blend of strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, hands-on project management, and the opportunity to influence HR and People initiatives while impacting the company's growth and strategic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the planning and delivery of strategic project initiatives including workforce planning, performance enablement, HR process and capability improvements.
- Develop project plans, communication timelines, and executes the project, holding team members accountable and ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Understand project goals and expectations and communicate them effectively to team members and stakeholders, crafting communication to support effort.
- Maintain scorecards and high-level project calendars to regularly inform stakeholders of progress, risks, and action plans.
- Review and rationalize metrics and reports, including facilitating discussions to determine all necessary metrics to measure and assess results.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and provides guidance and advice throughout project duration.
- Drives consistency of strategy, approach, and implementation of talent actions cross-enterprise.
