Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Professional for Confocal Technology, you will be responsible for growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies with the sales team to generate funnel and increase sales of Leica confocal products
- Recommending product, pricing, and sales promotion strategies
- Conducting thorough needs analysis and performing demonstrations
- Managing opportunities with Salesforce
- Attending local trade shows and traveling with other product specialists to improve field sales skills and product knowledge
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of biology and neuroscience, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$95,000, plus a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
