Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records using our dental management systems.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Process patient information and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support billing and collections processes, including verifying insurance information.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient service.
