Pay Range
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of win strategies, focusing on competitive analysis, solution alignment, and capture readiness.
- Contribute to proposal development, including writing and refining sections, developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and ensuring compliance and quality.
- Provide expert guidance on capture best practices, leveraging your knowledge to help shape high-quality, compelling proposals.
- Collaborate closely with capture teams to manage key aspects of the capture lifecycle, from gate reviews to proposal submission.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing insights on effective capture techniques and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience and 4 years of overall experience.
- 3 years of experience in capture support, business development, or proposal development within federal contracting.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and proven expertise in win strategy, proposal development, and BOEs.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and proposal development tools.
- Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and provide meaningful input into the capture and proposal process.
- Proven track record of supporting successful captures, with an understanding of what it takes to win in competitive federal markets.
