What is Mission Ready Reserve (MRR)?
If you are a Mission Ready Reserve MFLC, you will be trained and prepared to assist whenever needed. This flexible PRN-type position allows you to concentrate on your passion for helping others, free from administrative burdens. Accepting an assignment will be at your discretion.
This specific MRR MFLC opportunity involves providing coverage for an existing counselor on leave in the Camp Dodge area. This interim role offers a chance to positively influence the lives of those who serve our Nation.

Your responsibilities as an MRR MFLC will encompass :
Work Environment :
Your duties will take place in various indoor (approximately 60%) and outdoor (approximately 40%) settings directed by the Department of Defense (DOD). Indoor settings could include military installations, schools, or child development centers, while outdoor work will often involve navigating uneven ground and various weather conditions.
Minimum Requirements :
Work full-time on a part-time schedule.
Pay Range : 28 / hr - $50 / hr.
