Please note - candidates must reside near and be able to commute to one of the following locations : Ft. Meade, MD; Scott AFB, IL; Hill AFB, UT. This position allows for 75% remote work.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the T&S Program's overall scope as per DoD & DISA guidelines.
Manage the day-to-day activities and resources of the Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) for both Government and Contractor PMs.
Ensure timely submission of deliverables to the Senior PM.
Assist in preparing presentations on cost, schedule, performance, and risk status, collaborating with the Sr Program Manager.
Lead and manage T&S projects from initiation to completion while adhering to project objectives and timelines.
Oversee engineering teams in executing, tracking, and reporting their tasks effectively.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address potential issues or risks affecting timelines, quality, or budget.
Basic Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree with 12 to 15 years of experience or a Master's degree with 10 to 13 years of related experience.
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain TS / SCI clearance.
Proven ability to effectively interface with multiple functional and programmatic areas while prioritizing and communicating competing demands.
Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Deep knowledge of industry standards and techniques relevant to developing new standards and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in managing technical implementations is a plus.
PMP certification preferred.
ITIL certification is advantageous.
Prior experience with DISA programs is a benefit.
