We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college intern to join our Real Estate and Workplace Services team as an Event Planning and Conference Services Intern. In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events and conferences. Pay Range
Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00

Primary Responsibilities

Event Coordination
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support the logistical arrangement of venues, catering, audiovisual setups, transportation, and other event-specific details.
- Help identify, communicate with, and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and partners.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct research on current event trends, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance event experiences.
- Support data collection and analysis to inform event strategy and measure success.
- Prepare and maintain event documentation, including timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Provide support during events by managing registration, assisting attendees, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Work closely with the event team to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all participants.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently (writing and verbal) to a wide range of audiences
