Leidos Defense Systems is on the lookout for a skilled Section Manager for Radar Software Development and Testing to lead a talented team in developing unique solutions for sophisticated challenges.
The RF and EW Threat Systems Development Department consists of engineers with expertise in foreign threat radar systems and RF software-in-the-loop (SIL) and hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) simulators. This role involves overseeing projects within the Defense Intelligence Community and large prime contractors.
As the Section Manager, you will be responsible for personnel management along with the following key duties :
- Developing C simulations of radar and missile systems across software-based and hardware-in-the-loop environments, including Windows, Linux, and real-time operating systems.
- Creating C# or web-based graphical user interface tools for simulation control and real-time data visualization.
- Integrating simulations into customer software environments through effective interface and plugin development.
- Producing deployable software packages with comprehensive documentation, test results, and installation tools.
- Establishing continuous build and testing tools for automated release candidate generation and validation.
- Working closely with external customers to gather requirements and set project objectives.

Pay Range : $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
The Leidos remuneration range for this position serves as a guideline. Additional elements considered in determining an offer include job responsibilities, educational background, experience, and other relevant factors.
