Job Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in building robust systems and applications while providing operational support for critical infrastructure. You will leverage your technical skills to design, develop, implement, and test innovative customer tools and applications within a DevOps framework, engaging in all stages of the software development lifecycle including estimation, architecture, coding, and testing.
Primary Responsibilities
Engage in software programming initiatives that foster innovation, employing Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
Utilize Junit and Katalon for software validation and testing methodologies.
Integrate automated deployment technologies using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) to track workflows.
Prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions, leveraging infrastructure platform services to deliver innovative solutions for customer needs.
Analyze software performance and testing results to effectively coordinate infrastructure requirements to align with customer mission objectives.
Support Agile methodologies following Program SAFe practices, collaborating closely with team members, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of User Stories with customer use cases.
Document and manage software development activities, deploying build artifacts across environments using GitFlow principles and leading DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Unix bash scripting).
Basic Qualifications
Deep expertise in Agile practices and service-oriented development environments.
Extensive experience using Java, Angular, Spring, and C2S, particularly in a DevOps context.
Hands-on experience with software testing tools like Junit or Katalon, as well as scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
Proficiency in developing solutions on Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and using cloud data services (S3, RDS, EFS).
Mastery of version control and issue / problem tracking systems.
A Master's degree with 15 years of relevant experience or a Doctorate with 13 years of experience. Additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
Must possess an active TS / SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with structured analysis and design methodologies.
Experience in working directly with customer systems.
Understanding of customer system development policies.
