Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the architecture, design, installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of networks, along with associated hardware and cloud resources.
Keep networks updated with new technologies, optimize performance, and prioritize critical system upgrades and patches.
Conduct risk assessments, risk mitigation analysis, vendor evaluations, and proper documentation to ensure network services comply with established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Guarantee continuity of operations, including disaster recovery procedures.
Monitor network operations and analyze metrics to effectively manage services and contribute to project KPIs and SLAs.
Basic Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership on major assignments, including establishing goals and plans that align with project objectives.
Proven experience interfacing with senior management and negotiating client requirements and deliverables.
Expertise with technologies including AWS Cloud, scripting (e.g., shell, Python, PERL), support for Windows and Unix environments, and the installation and maintenance of security patches on servers; knowledge of ITIL and Cisco Enterprise environments.
Strong experience in IP, Routing, and Connection services complemented by familiarity with ITIL and SAFe Agile Frameworks.
Able to assess and recommend hardware and software solutions from external vendors, and document standard operating procedures effectively.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
Active TS / SCI with Polygraph security clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in developing DevOps infrastructure using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Ansible.
Possession of CCNA certification.
