Primary Responsibilities :
- Deliver system-level technical support for mission-critical IT systems.
- Ensure hardware availability and reliability through proactive engineering and request fulfillment.
- Analyze and develop technical solutions that consider the end product’s impact.
- Maintain the availability of mission-critical launch communications systems through proactive support.
- Manage incidents and problems to swiftly resolve or escalate issues, restoring services efficiently.
- Assist in configuration and change management activities.
