Leif Johnson Automotive Group, a leading player in the auto industry, is seeking an IT Support Desk professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help redefine expectations in the auto industry while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Role Responsibilities: The IT Support Desk staff member will be expected to:
- Provide IT support and technical assistance to both staff and customers
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
- Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution
- Train staff on both hardware and software, troubleshoot, and provide advice
- Perform software and hardware upgrades
Qualifications
Role Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to solving users' technical issues
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours to ensure IT systems are functioning at all times
- A relevant degree or IT certification would be advantageous
