Role Responsibilities
As an IT Support Desk staff member, you'll:
- Provide IT support to staff and customers
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems
- Resolve network interruptions
- Document and monitor issues for timely resolution
- Train staff on hardware/software
- Perform upgrades
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Strong IT knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm
- Flexibility with hours to ensure system functionality
- A relevant degree or IT certification is a plus but not required
