What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT SUPPORT TECH position at San Marcos Treatment Center?
The IT position will assist in the installation and maintenance of information systems. Perform data entry as required. Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals. Perform training and education for affected staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Computer hardware and software skills. LAN/WAN knowledge. Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10, and Office 365. Ability to use personal computers, Printers, PBX, facsimile machines, photocopy machine, office equipment, phone systems, camera systems, cable, networking, security systems, Kronos time clock systems, pharmacy systems.
EDUCATION: Required: High school diploma; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred
EXPERIENCE: Required: Minimum 1 year experience administrating networks, servers and client personal computers. Preferred: Office suite software; prior healthcare MIS environment preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current Driver’s License or State issued ID.
