- Required experience in Agile software development.
- Experience using Microsoft ADO
- Experience facilitating and leading Agile team ceremonies such as daily stand ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives.
- Experience leading high performing agile software development teams.
- Experience capturing sprint metrics and using them to drive change.
