Role Description
This is a full-time Construction Project Manager role with Build It ATX, LLC located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including estimation, project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and construction management. This is a hybrid role that allows for some remote work, but the candidate should be primarily located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area.
Project managers will be trained on the entire building process products that we sell to our customers and will be responsible for meeting with all new prospective clients. Prospective clients will be provided to you. At Build it ATX, we have a backend team who you will work with to give customers estimates, renderings, and answer questions relevant to the customer's desired build.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
- Experience in budgeting and construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
Compensation
This role is commission based. Commission can be normalized to be paid weekly and in advance of projects on a draw from commission schedule. Commission earnings are otherwise received on projects upon their completion.
