We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer & Pesticide Specialist to join our team at Leisure Village West Association. As a key member of our grounds maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality services to our community.
In this role, you will assist in all aspects of grounds maintenance, including lawn care and mulching, seasonal clean-ups, trimming and pruning, snow removal operations, and chemical and fertilizer applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for general property maintenance and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
To be successful in this position, you will have experience in grounds maintenance and a strong understanding of pesticide application procedures. You must also possess a valid NJ driver's license and hold a pesticide 3A/3B applicators license.
