JOB SUMMARY
Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Robotic Welding Operator I to operate and maintain robotic welding machines to produce high-quality welded components. This role involves setting up equipment, monitoring the welding process, and ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards. The operator will work closely with the production team to optimize efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time hourly position, currently hiring for one day-shift (6:00am-4:30pm) and one overnight shift (4:30pm-3:00am) at $19.00-$24.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications. As part of the compensation for the overnight role, Leitner-Poma also offers a $5.00 shift differential for your dedication.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma/GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in welding operations, preferably with robotic welding machines.
- Authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Certifications in welding or robotic welding technology.
- 2 years of experience in welding operations, preferably with robotic welding machines.
- Previous experience with programming robotic welding machines.
