Classification: Full-time; exempt
Compensation: $45,000-$48,800 annually (bi-weekly pay)
Setting: Remote work eligible 1 day/week
Summary: The Onboarder/HR Generalist supports the onboarding of new hires efficiently and with an emphasis on positive employee experience, and assists employees with maintaining employee compliance. They play a crucial role in assuring the company’s compliance with state regulations.

Summary: The Onboarder/HR Generalist supports the onboarding of new hires efficiently and with an emphasis on positive employee experience, and assists employees with maintaining employee compliance. They play a crucial role in assuring the company’s compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Employee recordkeeping
- Process changes in employee personal information
- Process changes in employee role information (title, supervisor)
- Maintain organized records in file system, Paycor and MyLyle
- Conduct soft checks and follow-up with employees as necessary
- Process receipt of materials from hard checks
- Inform supervisors when an employee is approaching non-compliance with hard checks
- Assist employees with passwords
- Assist employees with their completion of compliance tasks, including enforcement of policies
- Monitor employee feedback and share key points/trends with Director of HR
- Manage the onboarding process, including helping new hires with complete TB-testing and verifying I-9s
- Deliver new hire orientations (app. 1 per month)
- Participate in monthly leadership meetings and regular team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Ability to accurately record information and maintain organized electronic records
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest and experience in use of technology to optimize work
- While not required, Spanish fluency is highly desired.
