What You’ll Do:

You’ll address employee inquiries, handle recruiting, oversee onboarding, and maintain compliance in HR policies. This role requires a strong emphasis on employee relations, performance management, and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support HR policies for compliance and equity.
- Act as a resource for employee questions, guiding solutions and escalating as needed.
- Lead recruiting and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement performance management to align employees with business goals.
- Foster a culture of trust, equity, and engagement.
- Administer benefits, wellness programs, and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and disciplinary data confidentially.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Organizational Leadership, or HR; or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in HR, with multi-site manufacturing HR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Effective communicator with experience in training on HR policies.
- Travel required: 20% bi-weekly to Vincennes.
