Great job opportunity available for a Maintenance Technician at local apartment community. Maintenance experience required. EPA certification preferred, but not required. CPO preferred, but not required. Looking for someone with experience in general maintenance including, but not limited to A/C, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, pool maintenance etc. Must be willing to be on call some nights and weekends.
