Job Title: Patient Services Representative

The priority of a Patient Services Representative is to provide exceptional customer care through proactive communication and patient ineratction. Your primary focus is to ensure all patients are greeted and welcomed into our practice, all with a smile on your face. You are one of the first people our patients meet either in person or on the phone. You will be a key person in helping our patients throughout the entirety of their treatment. You are there during the new patient phone call, greeting them at the door, scheduling their next visit, and assisting them with payments. You are the ‘face and voice’ of Leland Orthodontics!
This position is hourly with bonus incentives. To thrive and to be successful in this role, you should be self motivated, driven to succeed, and be a team player. You must be honest and hardworking. Previous orthodontic experience is a bonus. Spanish speaking is a PLUS!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
