What you’ll be doing:
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple categories (MBA, College, IB, PM, etc.) and channels (email, SMS, etc.)
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle from concept through execution, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, and reporting
- Leverage data to personalize user journeys and optimize messaging to ensure relevance at every stage of the customer lifecycle
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, using A/B testing and performance metrics to improve effectiveness and maximize ROI
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment of messaging and goals across the customer journey
- Identify opportunities for customer re-engagement and lead nurturing across key lifecycle stages, working to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement
- 3 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, preferably in a B2C or marketplace environment
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive engagement and reduce churn
- Highly-skilled writer who can move quickly
- Experience using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, or similar tools to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and journey mapping, with experience leveraging data to inform marketing strategies
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and continuously optimize performance
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
