You Are :

  • An experienced Lighting Designer that has specialized in luxury residential. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a sales team along with direct client and project team interaction. You love painting a space with light,  passionate about the creation of spaces that enhance the lives of clients, and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.

You Have :

  • Experience with Lighting Design software (DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance) and architectural drafting software (CAD & Revit). Knowledge of lighting control systems like Lutron QSX.  A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

  • Mon-Fri from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (CST)

  • Assist Sales & Marketing : Client Meetings, Presentations, Lunch & Learns
  • Collaborate : Client, Internal Teams (Sales, PM, Eng), Architect, GC, Electrician
  • Project Docs : Gather, Modify, Update, Distribute
  • Lighting Plans : Layouts, Renderings, Intent, Mood Boards
  • Fixture & Driver Spec : Selection, Maintenance, Distribution
  • Product Details : Ensure selections meet the needs of the client
  • Site Visits / Walks : Attend, take notes, modify project as needed
  • Scene Creation : Determine levels across loads to achieve "Wow!"
  • Button Engravings : Suggest, review, align to a great user experience
  • Aiming / Tuning : Highlight art, architectural features, and finishes
  • Night Tuning : Visit sites and set levels for optimal effect
  • Proficiency with Lighting Design Software : DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance
  • Daily Use Architectural Software : CAD & Revit
  • Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects
