Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 / year
You Are:
- An experienced Lighting Designer that has specialized in luxury residential. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a sales team along with direct client and project team interaction. You love painting a space with light, passionate about the creation of spaces that enhance the lives of clients, and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.
- Experience with Lighting Design software (DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance) and architectural drafting software (CAD & Revit). Knowledge of lighting control systems like Lutron QSX. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Assist Sales & Marketing: Client Meetings, Presentations, Lunch & Learns
- Collaborate: Client, Internal Teams (Sales, PM, Eng), Architect, GC, Electrician
- Project Docs: Gather, Modify, Update, Distribute
- Lighting Plans: Layouts, Renderings, Intent, Mood Boards
- Fixture & Driver Spec: Selection, Maintenance, Distribution
- Product Details: Ensure selections meet the needs of the client
- Site Visits/Walks: Attend, take notes, modify project as needed
- Scene Creation: Determine levels across loads to achieve "Wow!"
- Button Engravings: Suggest, review, align to a great user experience
- Aiming/Tuning: Highlight art, architectural features, and finishes
- Night Tuning: Visit sites and set levels for optimal effect
- Proficiency with Lighting Design Software: DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance
- Daily Use Architectural Software: CAD & Revit
- Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects
