About Us: LeMaster Law Firm is a growing client-focused personal injury law firm dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our clients. We are high service, and we treat our clients like family. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Case management from intake through resolution.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and drafting legal documents.
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and document requests.
• Organize and analyze medical records, police reports, and other case evidence.
• Coordinate depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
• Maintain case files and track deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding case status and updates.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong research and legal writing skills.
• Familiarity with case management software and e-filing systems.
• Proficient in Adobe and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
