Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to ensure floors are well-maintained and presentable.
- Execute industrial cleaning duties in accordance with safety standards and protocols.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are functional and safe.
- Carry out custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, adapting to the specific needs of each environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Support special projects such as residential painting or deep cleaning initiatives as required.
- Act as a porter when necessary, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment within the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
