We're looking for a Creative Designer with a strong passion for design and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives. As part of our Creative Design team-a multidisciplinary group of designers, illustrators, animators, copywriters, and more-you'll own and execute a wide range of design projects. From brand and marketing campaigns, and digital experiences to print, social media, swag, and beyond, your work will define how our brand shows up across every touchpoint.
This role involves close collaboration with growth leaders, product teams, and fellow creatives to bring big ideas to life while ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals. Success in this role requires openness to constructive feedback, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork skills to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll do :
Own projects start to finishDevelop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audiencePush Lemonade's design forward by bringing in brilliant creative ideas and exceptional design, and delivering work that sets an extremely high barEngage with relevant teams across the company to learn the company's objectives, target audience, and needs, and translate these insights into compelling visual conceptsEnsure that all designs are consistent with Lemonade's brand guidelines and maintain a superior level of qualityPresent creative concepts to various stakeholders, and use feedback to refine and finalize designsOversee the production process of all creative assets, working seamlessly with developers, printers, or other third-party vendors to ensure the highest quality outputWhat you'll need :
B.A. in Visual Communication or a related field3 years of experience in brand and marketing design (or an equivalent role)Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere and After Effects are a plus), and other design toolsDemonstrable expertise in typography and understanding of brand design principlesSolid understanding of the contemporary digital landscape, internet culture, current design trends, and emerging technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvementA meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design outputsProven track record of creating impactful processes and frameworks for complex projectsProficient in collaborating with creative counterparts of all disciplines to bring a vision to lifeStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesComfortable presenting and framing creative ideas and directions, with strong written and spoken English skillsAbility to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a weekEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $92,500 plus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
