Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the new car inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control of all vehicles.
- Conduct market research to determine pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing for used cars.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Call potential customers to promote new car inventory and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales team to negotiate deals and close sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues related to used car purchases.
- Train and mentor sales team on effective selling techniques.
Qualifications:
- Two years of prior experience in a management role required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent math skills, including proficiency in retail math calculations.
- Proven experience in inventory control and management.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including current market trends and pricing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
