The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Performs a variety of services ranging from faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing systems replacements for residential customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service. As a plumbing technician, you will work as part of a dynamic team filling a role that suits you best whether it is consulting with customers, repairs, installation, or all of the above.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in residential plumbing ( we do not handle commercial or new construction)
- Ability to drive a company service truck safely at all times and to maintain a clean driving record.
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to sell services to customers in an effective and satisfactory manner; assist the customer in choosing the best service option and products and strive to win referrals and repeat business.
- Ability to maintain a well-inventoried truck
- Honesty and trustworthiness in dealing with customers
- Ability to work a varying schedule depending on the companys needs; work off-shift with minimal notice if required, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to participate in training sessions and company meetings
- Accuracy and timely invoicing, timesheets other daily paperwork.
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Journeyman's License Preferred
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
- Clean, safe driving record
