We need your administrative expertise to join our team! As the Customer Service Representative in our Intake & Referrals Department you will be a key member of the team, helping to avoid any barriers for our clients' progression through levels of care and receipt of treatment. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours/week. The Director takes pride in staff development, encouraging future career growth within our agency!

What You Offer:

High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience in a customer service call center or with managing incoming calls to a busy office setting
- Experience in a mental health setting preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job description, with or without accommodation
What You’ll Do:
- Provide information on community resources for external referrals
- Be able to engage with the client while simultaneously entering information into the computer system
- Engage clients in treatment from first point of contact
- Collaborate with all LVF departments to ensure that clients are receiving the services they need
- Work with the I&R Team and all LVF Staff in a professional and efficient manner to ensure the smooth and timely scheduling of appointments and receipt of services for all clients.
