DIVE INTO YOUR DAY
This is a full-time hybrid position with a schedule of Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
As our Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, your day begins with a smile-literally. You'll be the cheerful, confident voice answering customer calls, gathering their needs, and ensuring their concerns are addressed swiftly and professionally. You'll juggle scheduling with urgency, making sure high-priority jobs get the attention they need. While our techs are in the field, you'll be the go-to back at the office-coordinating, supporting, and jumping in with administrative duties that keep things flowing smoothly. It's a fast-moving, dynamic role where your communication and organization skills truly shine-and your positive energy sets the tone for everyone you interact with.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Call center experience or prior CSR/dispatch experience in the trades industry
