What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at LENAPE VALLEY FOUNDATION?
We want YOU to be a part of a unique program in Bucks County that works with individuals in a residential setting!!! As Site Coordinator for The Barn Program, located in Warminster (Bucks County), PA, you will oversee 24/7 scheduling for staff members and work with our residents.
The Barn program is a licensed residence with therapeutic supports. You will follow a team model to assist up to 9 residents with mental health challenges. Residents live in a beautifully renovated barn, located in a park setting with walking trails!

What You Will Do:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential location in Bucks County, PA
- Oversee the site schedule, ensuring 27/7 coverage.
- Work a flexible schedule when necessitated, including weekends and overnights.
- Coordinate services provided by LVF and other community providers such as other treatment providers, pharmacies, doctor's offices, county offices, Social Security Administration, Housing Authority, Department of Welfare, etc.
What We Require:
- High School Diploma; at least one year of direct service experience.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
- Flexibility to cover open shifts in a 24/7 program
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job description, with or without accommodation
