What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Program Coordinator position at THE ARC OF BURLINGTON COUNTY?
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or(2) years practical experience working in program management with Human Services and at least eighteen years old. For the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve: Must be able to lift 40 lbs, run, walk up and down a flight of stairs and capable of passing all in-service training, including CPR and First Aid administration. Must have a valid, insurable driver’s license.
Objective: The Coordinator is responsible to ensure that the Residential Program achieves all Arc goals and objectives. Arc administration delegates authority and responsibility to the Coordinator to guarantee that the program meets all criteria necessary for success. The Coordinator fulfills all responsibilities in a timely and professional manner, thereby maintain excellence within the Arc program.

Pay: $62,400.00 per year
