Summary
As a Home Health Aide at Lend-A-Hand Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing essential support. This position is crucial in delivering compassionate assistance while promoting independence and dignity within the home environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance socialization and well-being.
- Document all services provided accurately to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Support clients in maintaining their home environment through housekeeping tasks.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and participating in recreational activities.
- Respect client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. We will train!!!
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
