We're seeking a highly motivated Head of Marketing to join our growing team and lead our marketing efforts. In this role you will be equipped with the latest, cutting-edge AI tools to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies. You will be responsible to help drive adoption through our existing partner channel, acquire new customers, build brand awareness, and build deeper customer engagement. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement integrated marketing plans across various channels, including content marketing, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events and trade shows.
  • Partner Marketing: Develop content and assets specifically for the partner channel, create and execute partner marketing campaigns to drive joint growth, and support partner enablement and communication.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content strategy to create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, webinars, and infographics, to attract and retain customers directly and through our partner marketing channels.
  • Brand Building: Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials. 
  • Digital & Social Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid social, and display advertising, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
  • MarTech Operations: Build and manage the marketing technology stack, including automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.


What You’ll Need

  • 5 years of experience in marketing in a technology SaaS startup environment.
  • Experience creating and implementing marketing strategies in a partnership environment.
  • Experience managing outsourced resources and using AI tools to build, test, and deploy marketing assets
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, we use HubSpot.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
