About the role: Due to several upcoming high-level healthcare projects, as well as on-going commercial and residential projects, we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Victoria. Playing a key role as part of our on-site delivery team, this role will see you managing and resolving the detail design across the project, and leading a team of project and site engineers, whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This will involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, managing quality through to commissioning of the project. To be successful you will need: 6-10 years construction experience, with some main contractor experience Previous on-site, delivery experience, on large-scale construction projects, Preferably commercial or large scale residential - $80m Would have wanted SPE a bit of that period of time 1-2years or for a whole project. (not too long as an SPE though) Effective leadership capabilities and a passion for client focused outcomes, driving safety, quality, and sustainability. Experience engaging with internal, external, and client stakeholder groups, and demonstrating strong communications skills.
