Position Overview
Location: New York, NY 10036 (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)
Pay Rate: $30/hour (W2)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Primary Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Manage calendars for the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Enterprise Risk.
- Coordinate meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and handle communications with discretion.
Travel and Expense Management:
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and vendor payments.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain office supplies, oversee mail distribution, and coordinate onboarding for new team members.
- Organize conference rooms, catering, and AV equipment for meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar executive administrative support role.
- Preferred experience with Brokerage and Concur systems.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and sound judgment.
- Flexibility and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
