What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT/Product teams on projects, including new technology deployment, industry changes (e.g., ISO20022), and systems migration/automation.
- Represent Operations on project calls to track project status, capture key takeaways, and communicate with the team to ensure project progression.
- Enhance Key Operating Documents and standardize Desktop Procedures to identify and address procedural gaps.
- Track time spent on tasks to identify inefficiencies and assist in developing improved capacity modeling.
- Support daily production tasks, including client reporting, payment & transaction processing, and reconciliations.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Swift and US settlement markets (DTCC and the US Client - Fed).
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well in both team settings and independently on individual projects.
Salary : $32 - $35
